My Dad was, as expected, very happy with your technician and the fine job he did for the installation. He went above and beyond the call of duty by relocating the old TV to a new spot upstairs and then took out an old TV upstairs and moved it to my Dad’s garage. At 79 my Dad isn’t as mobile as he’d like to be and your technician’s Mitch’s help was very thoughtful and much appreciated by all.
